Travel Safety Tips
  • Do not travel with all your money and valuables in one place. For example, have a separate wallet for passports and a separate wallet for money. Leave cash in your toiletry bag or in your backpack as well as in your jacket pocket. The key is to split up your cash into various spots so you don’t lose it all.
  • Keep a list of local emergency numbers and know your local hospitals.
  • Make sure to fill out all of your drug prescriptions before traveling and bring a first aid kit along for the trip, especially lots of band-aids, anti-biotics, bug spray and allergy ointment if you are traveling with kids.
