How long are shipping times? 

We know you are excited to get you product, and we are excited to get it to you! Our shipping times are between 1-2 weeks.

What's your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel orders before it has entered the shipping process.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will let you know how to return it- and, more importantly- how to get you the item you want as quickly as possible. 

Do you offer exchanges? 

We offer an exchange in the event that your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it and the product is within 30 days since your purchase. 

Is my child old enough for the scooter suitcase? 

The scooter suitcase is meant for ages 3-8. While some children younger than 4 may be able to use the scooter safely, we recommend 

What's the maximum weight allowed on the scooter?

 The maximum weight is 90 Lb. 

Can I take the scooter suitcase on a plane?

Yes, the scooter suitcase can be loaded into the carry-on compartment of the plane and meet the TSA requirements.

What is the replacement warranty policy?

The warranty is good for 30 days from the time of purchase.
